Our relationship and reputation with the environmental regulatory agencies is an asset in achieving reasonable accommodations in enforcement actions, including cease and desist orders.

Working with you, we assist in the development of enforcement administrative instruments such as Administrative and Consent Orders/Decrees. The technical documents needed in support of these Agreements are often the operative cornerstone. Our experience in this area includes multimedia enforcement actions involving hazardous wastes, contamination of soil, surface water and groundwater, and air emissions, among others.

We are skilled at responding to a multi-front enforcement action to singularize the interface by systematically integrating regulatory department priorities, consolidating issues and thereby taking control of the process instead of responding to an often less than optimal regulatory agency interface.
