Andrea L. Harding
Ms. Harding co-founded Integrated Environmental, Inc. in 1994 to create a culture whereby effective strategies to address specific business challenges are developed by identifying and integrating the respective legal, scientific, and financial realities into a holistic solution. Ms. Harding serves as Chief Executive Officer and Ms. Harding also is a member of Integrated's Board of Directors.
Ms. Harding began her professional career in 1968 working in Germany for the American Express Company where she developed an expertise in international banking. Upon her return to the U.S., Ms. Harding was a Court Reporter where she had transcribing, docket scheduling, and legal secretarial duties, later becoming a legal secretary for a prominent firm. Ms. Harding subsequently returned to Germany, accepting a position as a Policy Administrator with USAA Insurance Company serving Officers of the U.S. Armed Forces with their insurance needs while abroad. Ms. Harding continued her business career by becoming an Administrator/Office Manager and Technical Writer requiring top-secret clearance for a Department of Defense-owned company where she became involved in coordinating the company-wide health and safety program in compliance with U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Agency requirements. Additionally, Ms. Harding also has served as an Administrator and Marketing Director for an international environmental consulting firm prior to co-founding Integrated Environmental, Inc.
Dr. Rick P. Harding
Dr. Harding, co-founder of the firm, is President and Senior Principal in Charge of technical practice and technology development. Dr. Harding is also a member of the Board of Directors.
Dr. Harding's professional background began in 1971 while working for the Atomic Energy Commission with scientists from the former Manhattan Project. Dr. Harding has worked for the Department of Defense, universities, specialty metals manufacturers, an international environmental consulting firm, and private companies engaged in alternative energy and waste to commercial product projects.
Dr. Harding's experience includes biomedical research of the effects of toxins; the fate and transport of toxins in the environment; characterization and remediation of contaminated media; environmental due diligence associated with real estate transactions including mergers and acquisitions; industrial hygiene assessments involving radionuclides, chemicals and particulate matter; environmental relations; management of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes, including deep injection well systems; industrial wastewater treatment; and innovative technologies evaluation and development.
Dr. Harding is a well-respected expert in his field and is a Fellow of the American Board of Forensic Examiners and Technology, a member of the Health Physics Society, New York Academy of Sciences and other local and national professional organizations. Dr. Harding has been published in peer-reviewed scientific journals and industry publications including Pollution Engineering News.
Dr. Harding's expertise is unique due to his diverse background, education and training.
Dr. and Ms. Harding and their team of experts have consulted on behalf of public and private entities including charitable foundations.
